Truluck's: A luxury dining experience
Renowned for their dedication to the freshest seafood, Truluck’s owns and operates a fleet of 16 crabbing boats on the Isle of Capri just outside of Naples, Florida. Every day their boats go out to sea in the Gulf of Mexico to set traps and catch crab. These crabs go from trap to table within 24 hours! The seafood served at Truluck’s is sustainable; they do not serve endangered or overfished species. Also, the beef, pork and lamb dishes are made from antibiotic and hormone-free meats.
Stepping foot into Truluck’s, patrons are greeted by a very large tank filled with live crabs and lobsters. Take a gander at the wine selection as you pass through an impressively temperature controlled glassed-in vault for all to see. Then, in the dining room, relax as you sink into a red leather booth while enjoying the smooth sounds of a live jazz band.
Looking for a great date night spot? Truluck’s offers dinner-for-two specials that include your choice of soup, salad, entrée and a shared dessert for $35 per person. Date night entrées include the Stone Crab Claw Platter and Trout Almondine—prepared with rainbow trout in an almond crust with a rich lemon caper butter sauce and parmesan mashed potatoes. Or, try the grilled Filet of Beef—served with jalapeno bearnaise and parmesan mashed potatoes.
Visit Truluck’s during cocktail hour on Monday-Saturday from 4-7 p.m. and all day on Sunday to enjoy half priced cocktails and appetizers. Drink specials include more than 30 specialty martinis, margaritas and other mixed drinks. Also, get a 25% discount off bottles of wine. Appetizer specials include ceviche, seafood and steak sliders, crunchy shrimp, burgers and more.
