Overview

The third annual Anchored in Wellness Festival returns to Liberty Station on Saturday, June 13, 2026 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM — a full day of movement, mindfulness, and feel-good programming in Ingram Plaza. Three stages, 35+ wellness vendors, ice baths, a beer garden, food trucks, and unlimited fitness classes — all included with one $35 ticket.

If you've been looking for a low-pressure way to explore yoga, Pilates, breathwork, cold plunges, and HIIT all in one day, this is the move. It's San Diego's most accessible wellness festival, and it's hosted by one of the city's most beloved community spaces.

Why This Festival Works

A few things make Anchored in Wellness different from the bigger fitness festivals coming through San Diego this summer:

1. It's intentionally small and curated. Three stages and a focused vendor village — not 50 fitness brands competing for attention. You can actually try things rather than just sampling.

2. The price is right. At $35 for a full day of unlimited classes, ice baths, and vendor access, it's a fraction of what you'd spend trying these same activities individually around town.

3. It pairs perfectly with Liberty Station. When the festival wraps at 3 PM, you're already in one of the city's best food and shopping districts. Walk to Liberty Public Market for lunch, browse the Arts District, or catch a sunset along the waterfront.

4. It's beginner-friendly. Everything is designed for all levels — you don't need a yoga history or a CrossFit membership to show up.

What to Bring

  • Yoga mat (some classes will provide them, but bringing your own is safer)
  • Reusable water bottle (refill stations available)
  • Layers — June mornings start cool with the marine layer
  • Comfortable workout clothes
  • A towel for the cold plunge
  • Cash and cards for food, drinks, and vendor purchases

Good to Know

  • All ages welcome — kids and families have a place here
  • Rain or shine — outdoor event held in Ingram Plaza
  • Parking: Liberty Station has multiple free lots, but they fill on event Saturdays. Rideshare is the smoother option.
  • No refunds
  • Pair with brunch at Liberty Public Market afterward — you've earned it
