Description

This is a cooking class specially designed for children between the ages of 10 and 18. You will discover how to prepare delicious homemade pasta, the secrets to a great bruschetta and finally, how to make your own lemon-flavored tiramisù! You will be in Chef Marty's kitchen preparing a three-course meal in a fun atmosphere only to enjoy the dishes you make! Eating what you prepare makes your pasta experience exceptionally memorable! Chef Marty takes tremendous pleasure in teaching, hosting and passing on the Italian cuisine and culture of Tuscany. All aspiring Chefs love this class!!!

You will start by making the
tiramisù (lemon flavored, no alcohol) and while the dessert is cooling, you will begin working on making the perfect pasta dough. Many people think they need a machine, but Chef Marty's 
Nonna (grandmother) taught her to make it by hand and she will teach you!
While the dough is resting, you will get a tour of the Chef's organic vegetable garden and pick the fresh herbs needed for the 
bruschetta 
and the pasta sauce.
Upon returning to the kitchen, you will talk about olive oils, extra virgin vs. 100% pure olive oil and which to buy or not to buy. 
Once the tomatoes have been chopped and the bread toasted, you will roll out the pasta and make "pappardelle," Tuscan style! 
You will uncover the secrets to the delicious sauce in which to smother the fresh pasta and which only takes a few minutes!
You will enjoy these three easy to make and deliciously healthy dishes made from scratch with your very own hands!
