Free family Halloween carnival Oct. 24, 11 a.m.–5 p.m. at NTC Park, Liberty Station — entertainment, food, marketplace, costume contest. RSVP on Eventbrite.

Viridian Productions’ BOO! By The Bay is a daytime family Halloween carnival at Naval Training Center Park in Liberty Station — live entertainment, seasonal food and drinks, a marketplace, games, and a costume contest with prizes. It is not a haunted house and not a bar crawl.

Overview

Saturday, October 24, 2026, 11 a.m.–5 p.m., at Naval Training Center Park, 2455 Cushing Road, San Diego, CA 92106. That’s the grass at Liberty Station, Point Loma — park in the Liberty Station lots around NTC Park, then walk in.

The listing is short on purpose: a “spooktacular” outdoor carnival. Same producer as Viridian’s North Park Mini Park markets and themed community days. If you’ve been to those, the vibe is vendors + music + kids, not a ticketed scare maze.

RSVP General Admission on Eventbrite is Free Food, drinks, and marketplace shopping are on you. Grab a ticket anyway; it’s an RSVP, not a wristband crawl.

Official listing: BOO! By The Bay on Eventbrite. Producer: Viridian Productions. For more around the county, browse the Hello San Diego event calendar.

What to Expect

Live entertainment, seasonal food and drinks, a marketplace, games, and a costume contest with prizes — that’s the full organizer list. Don’t expect a published ride map or a named headliner; Viridian runs this like their other community festivals: show up, eat, shop, let the kids compete in costume.

Wear a costume if you want a shot at the prizes. Daylight hours (it ends at 5 p.m.), outdoor park, Liberty Station crowd.

Good to Know

  • Parking: NTC Park sits inside Liberty Station. Use the surrounding Liberty Station lots and walk to 2455 Cushing — don’t plan on a dedicated carnival garage the listing never names.
  • Hours: 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. only. This is not an evening haunt.
  • Same Saturday, different events: Oct. 24 also has nightlife crawls elsewhere in town (including Trick or Drink in Pacific Beach). Those are separate tickets, separate producers, separate neighborhoods. Boo! By the Bay is the family carnival at NTC Park.
  • Not Gallagher Square, not a Gaslamp crawl. If the flyer says Viridian + Cushing Road, you’re in the right place.

Free RSVP, costumes encouraged, done by dinner. That’s the useful version.
