Twice a year, downtown San Diego's Waterfront Park turns into one of the best-looking dance floors in the country. CRSSD Festival (pronounced "crossed") is back for its Fall 2026 edition on Saturday and Sunday, September 26–27, bringing two days of house, techno, and indie-electronic music to the bayfront — palm trees, walk-in fountains, ocean air, and the city skyline as the backdrop.

CRSSD has built its reputation since 2015 on sharp curation and a crowd that's there for the music, not the spectacle — a genuinely different vibe than the mega-EDM circuit. This fall's lineup is headlined by a rare Chris Lake b2b Disclosure set, and the party doesn't stop when the park closes: CRSSD's After Dark afterparties keep the city going late into the night across San Diego's clubs. What to Expect

Three stages, three moods. Ocean View leans melodic and crossover, City Steps goes deeper and harder into techno and rave, and The Palms sits in the house pocket — so you can bounce between vibes all day.

A festival that's actually about the setting. Waterfront Park's lawns, fountains, and bay views make this one of the most scenic festival grounds anywhere, and the production leans into it — golden-hour sets on the water are the whole point.

More than music. Expect craft food and cocktails from local vendors, art and photo installations, a vinyl market, and the CRSSD Lab creative space between stages.

Good to Know

• 21 & up only — bring a valid ID; no entry without it
• Leave the rave gear at home — hula hoops, LED gloves, and totems are not allowed; CRSSD keeps the focus on the music
• Take transit or rideshare — it's downtown on the waterfront, parking is limited and pricey, and it's an all-day event with drinks; the Trolley and rideshare drop-offs are the move
• Dress for the bay — sunny and warm by day, cool by the water after dark, so bring a layer
• Buy early — single-day passes are limited and weekend passes to a 15,000-per-day festival move; official is safest, and secondary resale exists if it sells out
• It's biannual — CRSSD runs a Spring edition (March) and a Fall edition (September) each year, each with a fresh lineup
