A glow-stick HYROX workout with a live DJ, then a house-music afterparty — House + HYROX hits PB on July 17.
This is not your average gym class. House + HYROX comes to Fitness Quest 10 in Pacific Beach on Friday, July 17 — an epic, high-energy night where peak fitness meets a full festival vibe. The formula: a one-hour HYROX-style workout with the lights down, glow sticks out, and a live DJ pumping house music through the building the whole time, followed by a house-music afterparty with drinks, dancing, and good vibes all night. Whether you're a fitness diehard or just want a wildly different Friday night, this one's built to be memorable.
7–8 PM — The workout. Coach Leah leads a one-hour HYROX-style workout built around the functional movements that have made HYROX one of the fastest-growing fitness sports in the world: running, rowing, sled pushes, wall balls, burpee broad jumps, and more. But here's the twist that sets this one apart — the lights go down, the glow sticks come out, and a live DJ pumps music through the building the entire time. It turns one of the toughest formats in fitness into a fully immersive, high-energy experience you'll actually remember.
8–10 PM — The afterparty. Once you've earned it, the workout rolls straight into a house-music afterparty — drinks, dancing, community, and good vibes to close out the night. Sweat first, celebrate second.
It's one of the more unique ways to spend a Friday night in San Diego — equal parts sweat and celebration. For more around town, browse our full event calendar. And if a night in PB has you curious about the neighborhood, our Pacific Beach neighborhood guide is a great place to start.
