Getting There

Snapdragon Stadium sits in the heart of Mission Valley, and getting there smart makes the whole day better.

Take the Trolley — it's the easy win. The MTS Green Line drops you right at Stadium Station, at the stadium's doorstep, with increased frequency on matchdays and trolleys running every ~15 minutes after the final whistle. An adult round-trip is about $5, paid with a PRONTO card or contactless tap. Coming from the South Bay or North County? Take the Blue Line to Old Town, or the Orange Line to Grossmont, and transfer to the Green Line. Bonus for families: on weekend "Family Weekends," two kids 12 and under ride free with a paying adult, and riders 18 and under ride free with a Youth PRONTO account.

If you drive, you MUST have a parking pass — and buy it in advance. This is the big one: every vehicle needs a pre-purchased parking pass, and fans without one are turned away to offsite options. Lots sell out, and online sales close once the lots open on matchday, so buy ahead. There are five color-coded lots, each with a designated entry gate — follow the arrival route for your specific lot or you'll be redirected. Note that ongoing Mission Valley construction has changed some access routes, so check the current parking map before you leave.

Good to Know

• Clear-bag policy is enforced. One clear plastic or vinyl bag no larger than 12" x 6" x 12" (or a one-gallon clear freezer bag), or a small clutch no larger than 4.5" x 6.5." No backpacks or large purses. Bag-check lockers are available to rent outside the stadium (about $15/match) if you bring more.
• Cashless everywhere — bring a card or set up mobile pay; reverse ATMs are on site.
• No outside alcohol, and alcohol is served at most matches; sunscreen and strollers are allowed; the entire SDSU campus is smoke- and vape-free.
• Arrive early — between parking routes, Trolley crowds, security, and Fan Fest, giving yourself extra time makes matchday smoother, especially with construction in the area.
• Buy tickets and parking ahead, and have your digital ticket loaded before you arrive so it scans cleanly at the gate.
