Harbor Party brings smooth yacht rock to Stagecoach Community Park — the breezy, soft-rock sound of the '70s and '80s, about as fitting a soundtrack as it gets for a summer evening near the coast. Like every show in Carlsbad's free TGIF Concerts in the Parks series, it won't cost you a dime. Spread a blanket, pour something cold, and sail into the weekend.
