Tierrasanta Oktoberfest: Bratwurst, Games, and Fireworks on October 10

Tierrasanta’s neighborhood Oktoberfest is back on Saturday, October 10 — bratwurst dinner, a beer-and-wine garden, games, and fireworks in the Lutheran church parking lot.

This is the 36th annual Tierrasanta Oktoberfest, put on with the Kiwanis Club of Tierrasanta as a community fundraiser. It is not La Mesa’s three-day village takeover. It is one Saturday evening in the Tierrasanta Lutheran Church lot, built around dinner, music, and a fireworks closer.

The Junior Women’s Club lists the window as 4–9 p.m. Kiwanis puts dinner, music, fun, and games from 4:30–8:00 p.m., with fireworks at 8:15. Plan on arriving before the dinner service if you want the full meal; stay through 8:15 if the fireworks are the point.
